Sunbrella
This awning fabric offers excellent fade, weather, and water resistance.The strength of these popular fabrics has made them the number one preference for awning and marine applications, such as retractable awnings, boat awnings, commercial awnings, window awnings, patio awnings, RV awnings, and many others! This fabric is made from 100% Sunbrella Acrylic, is heat-sealable with seam seal tape, mildew resistant, water repellent, and meets California Technical Bulletin 117-2013 Class 1 standards.
Awntex
Made from vinyl-encapsulated polyester, AwnTex sun screen fabric is ideal for patio awnings, umbrella applications, window covers, and other shade structures. AwnTex provides excellent shading advantages without trapping heat or airflow. The unique material offers the translucent trait of mesh with the attractive design of shade cloth. The high-quality outdoor fabric is UV ray, mildew, and water resistant.Granting an additional level of protection, AwnTex is infused with Microban® antimicrobial technology. Commercial NinetyFive 340 was specially designed for use in shade sails. The shade sail fabric is made of durable UV-stabilized HDPE monofilament and tape. Starlight FR
Starlight is a line of fabrics produced with an innovative 100% PET fibre dyed in the mass with added UV Absorbers to make them perfectly stable and resistant to UV rays. The fabrics have an outstanding resistance to deformation and traction, making them especially suited for use in large structures, sails with fabric that have hanging brackets that are subject to a high degree of traction and box awnings. When used for basket awnings these fabrics significantly reduce the risk of micro-perforations due to the mechanical action of opening and closing. Given the outstanding elastic recovery of the fabrics, they are resistant to all types of deformation and their appearance is always in line with user expectations. STARLIGHT is also available in a resin-treated version for situations requiring greater water resistance and comes in a flame retardant version for use in public spaces.

Soltis Proof 502 offers a desirable satin finish and a PVDF coating on each side for long-term dirt resistance. With a smooth, thick coating, maintaining the awning fabric is easy.
Hot rolled steel is rolled at the factory at over 1700 degrees Fahrenheit. Hot rolled products often will have a scaly finish and more rounded and less precise corners than cold rolled steel will. This is the most common of steel.
Stainless steel Type 304 has good resistance to corrosion by a great number of chemicals. But there are a number of marine applications where 304 and other 300-series types are inadequate. By adding more nickel and 2% molybdenum to 304 stainless, you get type 316, which has the best corrosion resistance among standard stainless steels. It resists pitting and corrosion by most chemicals, and is particularly resistant to salt water corrosion.
Cold rolled steel is rolled at the factory around room temperature. Cold finished steel bar has a much smoother appearance and has square corners more accurate in dimension and finish then hot rolled products.
Aluminum is a relatively soft, durable, lightweight, ductile metal. It is nonmagnetic and Corrosion resistance can be excellent due to a thin surface layer of aluminum oxide that forms when the metal is exposed to air, effectively preventing further oxidation.
